The more devoted readers of my daily diary will notice the absence of yesterday’s entry, Thursday 14th, I accidentally ate it – sorry. Although it was a very pleasant day for them with their friends, I was quite bored, it was raining most of the day and they pretty well ignored me, I took them for a couple of walks in the rain but other than that, friend Mike was working diligently, busy getting supplies and with success installing our new TV in my long kennel while the bearded one appeared to direct operations and the two long haired ones didn’t stop chatting. Thus there was little for me to report. We did not move from our mooring in Worcester. In the evening, the rain stopped and we all walked together to the railway station when it was time to say good bye to my friends Mike and Barbie. That was yesterday. This glorious morning the sun was shining and there was no wind, he was up at 06:00 that means we were all up at 06:00 and after a quick walk, engine check and breakfast we unleashed my long kennel and were on our way on up the Seven to Stourport. It was a lovely cruise, with only a gentle current against us. I sat with him on the back deck with my nose at duck level, all the way to our very convenient mooring right outside The Angel – see my photo for today, I think I might join them on a visit there this evening.
