Happy New Year
Hello everyone, I am sorry to have been so quiet, my last entry was when I left my long kennel in England just over three months ago, I have no excuse, it is just that I am a very lazy boy to quote my bearded one who reminds me nearly every day.
It is now half way through January and if it is not too late, this entry is just to wish you all a very Happy New Year in 2019 and to let you know that I am well! Also I would like to announce a resolution that I have made: to write more often in my diary. I suppose that this will be now and again or perhaps weekly, but not daily unless of course I am on my holidays on my long kennel. This is when I am obliged to keep a log for my aged human carers. I don’t think I should call them carers, that sounds a bit as though I am in need of care which is nonsense. Therefore, as another resolution, I will henceforth either call them collectively my pets or individually identify them by their proper names which as you know are – the bearded one or the long haired one.
I have been fine and I had a good Christmas with my family and friends, Father Christmas clearly lost my address as usual. According to my pets I did get a present but I discovered it in their shopping bags a few weeks before Christmas. I grabbed it and found it was a lovely rubber indestructible frog that squeaked and was clearly meant for me and so I destroyed it quite successfully the same day. I had forgotten that!
My picture today. You will observe, this is NOT me. This is Norman. I will tell you more about Norman in my next entry in a few days from now.
