It is a cracking morning this morning and I am starving. Let me tell you why, my bearded one has not given me anything worthwhile to eat for twelve hours. It is all to do with that accident I had outside the Abbey when I was at Pershore. I will not dwell on this but my tummy has been upset. At half past midnight, when my bearded one was fast asleep, I woke him up and told him I had to go outside. Bless him, he let me out and then got dressed to follow me. We were back on my long kennel in ten minutes, he got back into his bed and I did exactly the same at three thirty, he got dressed and followed me, he was very nice about it but I am not sure why he bothered. We went back to bed and we all got up to a lovely dawn and I got a small handful of crappy biscuits. They had bacon and tomato butties.
Evesham to Stratford this rwas a long haul upstream albeit stunningly beautiful. We went through about ten large locks. I did enjoy it but because on the river there is no tow path and these big locks are a bit frightening and so I slept most of the day. That was OK because I was feeling a bit poorly.
We moored outside the RSC where there was lots of grass and then we all went out to dinner, I was allowed to sit under the table and what did I get? Nothing!
